Trip Overview

Join us in the summer of 2026 for the Twin Cities southwest metro parishes Tour of Ireland.

Embark on an unforgettable 10 day Greek odyssey, starting on the island of Crete, where we’ll see the mystical Palace of Knossos and stunning coastlines. We’ll then take an express ferry to Santorini, where whitewashed villages perch atop dramatic cliffs.

We’ll then go north to Delphi, the ancient sanctuary of the Oracle, and stand at the foot of the Temple of Apollo, steeped in myth and mystery. Next we’ll visit Meteora’s surreal mountaintop monasteries, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Immerse yourself in the historic center of Athens, where ancient culture meets modern charm. Tour the iconic Acropolis, marveling at the Parthenon’s timeless grandeur. Fly home from Athens, carrying memories of Greece’s unparalleled beauty, history, and serenity. Do not miss it.

What to expect

The accommodations are all welcoming, clean and within walking distance from local attractions.  The rooms generally have 1-3 single beds or a queen-size bed, all with private bathrooms.  You will only share rooms with family members. There will be a supplemental fee for single rooms. See scrolling photos.

We will do a fair amount of walking but accommodations for reduced mobility are available.

Included meals will be at our accommodations and local restaurants. There will be a modified menu to choose from but you will be able to purchase additional items separately. There will be breakfast available at the hotels and we will have 5 included group lunches or dinners. Any other meals will be on your own.

We will have a preparatory meeting about a month before departure to get you all clear on logistics.  If you’d like to arrange a call or other meeting, please email to set it up.  During the trip, we will communicate over WhatsApp as a group.

Masses will be available every day, nearby our accommodations.

Transportation will be in ferries, coach busses and trains, depending on what is fastest or most comfortable.

There are occasional closures of sites and interruptions to travel that are unpredictable. The group guide will always make efforts to keep the group together and happy with the experience.

Let’s get you registered!

1. Email Squisito! Include your name and questions.
2. Fill out the Participant Info Form HERE.
3. Pay the $300 non-refundable deposit to reserve a spot. Your deposit goes toward your total cost. The remaining balance may be paid in installments. Payment in full is due by March 23, 2026. Pay via Zelle or checks made to Squisito Tours LLC. See the payment schedule and payment code HERE.
4. See the Service Agreement for a SIMILAR trip HERE. Read it, sign it, and email a picture or a scan of all the signed pages.
5. Apply for a passport and visa if you are not a US citizen. Find where to submit your passport application. Email a picture or a scan of the ID pages.
6. There will be a participant meeting about one month before the trip. Feel free to email Squisito with any questions that come to mind before then.
7. Medical and emergency travel insurance is included through Seven Corners. They also offer additional coverage for purchase. Their “Cancel for any reason” insurance must be purchased within 20 days of the initial deposit on the trip.
